What Can We Do for Toddlers with Allergies

It's that time of year, pollen is high and our allergies are in overdrive. For some, especially toddlers, it can be especially rough. My 3 year old, Jack, is one of those toddlers. We've given him the few options for over-the-counter medicine someone his age can take...and nothing worked. I remember my dad covering my chest in vapor rub and even putting a little on my lip but that's apparently no longer acceptable. Turns out the vapor rub doesn't do much more than trick your brain into thinking you can breath and that's not a good thing. So, it looks like we'll just have to ride out another season....and wait for the pollen to pass.
