Troopers from the Marion Post of the Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash involving a car and a tractor. The crash accord yesterday around 6:42 PM, on County Road 166 near County Road 172 in Marion County. Twenty-six year old DJ McClenathan of Edison was driving a Honda Civic when he hit a Case 4994 tractor driven by Scott Carter age 50 of Caledonia, head on. McClenathan was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger 7 year-old Jaydyn McClenathan suffered non life threatening injuries. Mr. Carter also suffered non life threatening injuries. No charges have been filed at this time.
