The Marion Police Department is confirming they have arrested a former contractor and volunteer with the high school band color guard at Marion City Schools for allegedly sending nude photos to a minor. Officials said yesterday they arrested 27-year old Alexander Freeman after a school resource officer received a complaint about his behavior. Detectives say Freeman sent nude images to a 16-year old student who is not enrolled in the Marion County school district. Officials say Freeman is being charged with sending harmful materials to juveniles and there is no evidence he had inappropriate contact with students currently attending Marion Schools at this time.
