Officials are releasing the name of the person they say made terroristic threats against the Cardington Lincoln School District. Police said yesterday that they are charging 33-year-old Nicholas Smith with multiple counts including aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, domestic violence by threats, and making terroristic threats. Authorities say Smith made the threats to a relative on a phone call over a speaker and a person who overheard the conversation alerted law enforcement.
