According to a new study, you’re eating too much bacon – and not enough nuts.
Researchers found that salty, processed meats like bacon can be as bad for you as cigarettes – and that people are eating way too much of this stuff.
On the other hand, they found that the nutrients in nuts go a long way toward decreasing your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
So, less bacon. More nuts. (Vice)
