The Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany is the largest heavy metal music festival in the world, with about 75,000 fans expected to attend the three-day event.
The festival will feature over 150 bands including Megadeath, Alice Cooper and Marilyn Manson – and will also feature a 4.3-mile beer pipeline.
Festival organizers expect that each person will consume over five liters of beer over the three days and so, to keep everyone happy and hydrated, the beer will be flowing through this pipeline, which will have enough pressure to pour six beers in six seconds. (DW)
