Convicted Serial Killer Pleads Not Guilty To Murder Of Marion County Woman

Convicted serial killer Shawn Grate is pleading not guilty to new murder charges in connection to a cold case in Marion County. Grate appeared in court yesterday to enter the plea on four counts including aggravated murder, kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and abuse of a corpse. Prosecutors say Grate killed 23-year old Dana Lowery in 2006 and then burned her body in a Marion County area field. According to reports, Grate voluntarily provided information that led investigators to identify Lowery's remains.
