TMSG: Deputies Reunite Dalmatian With Family After Woman Claimed As Her Own

Georgia deputies reunited a family after a woman claimed a beloved family member as her own.

The family's two pet dogs, a Dalmatian and a German shepherd, went missing. So the family reported the pups missing to Bibb County Sheriff's Office. That's when the family saw an ad on Craigslist from a woman claiming to be the owner of their Dalmatian.

The family called the sheriff's office for help in getting their pup back. And shortly after the sheriff's investigators got a tip about a woman walking a Dalmatian. Deputies went to check out the area and located the vehicle that matched the description of the one driven by the woman claiming to be the dog's owner.

Deputies went to the home where the vehicle was and spoke with 31-year-old Andrea Gore. She had the missing Dalmatian in her bathroom, so she was arrested and charged with theft. The deputies were able to return the lost Dalmatian to its family and their young family members are so happy to be reunited.
