An ODOT crew is OK after nearly being hit by a semi. The crew was patching potholes on U.S. 23 in Marion when a tractor-trailer hit their equipment. The workers were able to avoid serious injury by getting out of the way in time. ODOT says its an opportunity to remind drivers of the "slow down or move over" law.
