149 Dogs Seized In Wyandot County

A location in Wyandot County designated a Puppy Mill, led to the seizure of 149 dogs. The facility located at 5046 Ohio 53 North in Upper Sandusky, is owned and operated by Orville and Debbra Alabaugh, of Tiffin. The searched found 150 dogs at the location with one being deceased. The facility has issues with living conditions including food, water, the size of cages and cleanliness and received sporadic complaints. Appropriate charges are being filed. The dogs from the facility were sold outside of Wyandot County. The dogs were placed with the Wyandot County Humane Society.
