A Marion man has been indicted after being accused of beating up a Bucyrus man in a church parking lot. On Wednesday, 24-year-old Xaver J. Coldiron, was indicted on one count of felonious assault, and two other felonies in Marion County Common Pleas Court. Coldiron admitted to assaulting a 45-year-old man in Meeker, a man for whom Coldiron allegedly thought a woman was leaving him. The incident was reported on November 4th after the victim a 45-year-old man showed up at OhioHealth Marion General Hospital with a broken nose, a black eye and a "puncture wound to the face.
